Paul Harrington

Paul Harrington (1986) was born in Cork, Ireland and studied at the Crawford College of Art, earning a Higher Degree in 2008. He lives and works in Bristol and has been a Spike Island studio holder since 2012. His work fosters a keen interest in the manipulation and adaptation of new media including the ethics of robotics and the responsibilities of the artist to the art of machines.

Recent shows include More Efficient Means for Going Backwards at Kaleidoskop Projects Space, Berlin (2012), Only Connect at Aberystwyth Arts Centre, Wales (2012) and Hack the City at the Science Gallery, Dublin (2012). He is currently a member of the International Association of CyberPsychology.
