Victor J. Moreton received a BA (Hons) in Sculpture and Drawing from Gloucester College of Art and Design in 1973 and a Master of Fine Arts from Meadows School of the Arts, Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1975. His work has been shown in numerous international exhibitions, including a solo exhibition, The Theatre of the Naked Eye at James Hockey & Foyer Galleries at UCA Farnham (2009).
