UWE Fine Art Graduate Fellow 2012-2013

Sebastian Jefford

1 October 2012 to 30 September 2013

Sebastian Jefford (1990) was born in Swansea and studied at the University of the West of England, earning a BA (Hons) Art and Visual Culture in 2012.

Each year, the University of the West of England and Spike Island offer two outstanding graduates from the Fine Art BA and Art and Visual Cultures BA programmes a residency fellowship. Two artists, selected from an open call to students, are offered studio space at Spike Island and access to facilities at UWE’s Bower Ashton campus for a year. This opportunity aims to support and encourage young artists in Bristol as they begin to develop their professional practices.
