Tertulia is a salon event for people working with or interested in language, both textual and vocal. Initiated by Spike Associates Megan Wakefield and Phil Owen, it promotes cross-disciplinary exchange and experimental practice, providing a platform for new work and ideas, providing engaged and supportive critical feedback. It also offers an opportunity for participants to share information about other writers, artists and thinkers who enthuse them.

The April edition of Tertulia features presentations from Rachel Lois Clapham, co-founder of writing collaboration Open Dialogues that produces writing on and as performance, and Caroline Wilkins, composer and music theater specialist.
