Architect Niall Phillips leads a tour of Spike Island, drawing on his experience converting the former Brooke Bond tea packing factory into an international art centre in 1998.
Learn how the factory interior was divided into flexible spaces, including studios, offices, a café and gallery spaces, and see how Spike Island is now home to hundreds of artists, creative businesses and a year-round exhibitions and events programme.
