Unfortunately we had to cancel Open Studios in May 2020 due to COVID-19. We look forward to hosting Open Studios in May 2021.

Open Studios is a chance to explore behind the scenes of this former Brooke Bond tea packing factory, home to over 70 artists’ studios, Spike Print Studio, UWE Fine Art BA/MA students, as well as many other creative practitioners including designers, writers, filmmakers, animators and photographers.

You can meet artists in their studios and see what they were working on. Dotted around the building, screenings, performances, installations, workshops and talks taking place, while some of Bristol’s best street food traders host pop-ups.

Our programme differs every year; no two Open Studios weekends are ever the same.
