Information

Join us for a workshop using botanical forms and their shadows to explore drawing, painting and collage, inspired by Spike Island exhibiting artist Nour Jaouda and her multi-layered textile works.

Young artists and their carers will work collaboratively to build large group collages, using paint to explore the natural forms within Jaouda’s work.

This session is for children aged 5-11 years old and their carers. No previous experience in art making is required and all materials are provided.

Dream and Make

Founded by artist Laura Phillimore, Dream and Make allows children aged 5–11 years old to try out new techniques and approaches to making art, from drawing and painting to collage, sculpture and animation.
