We take complaints and feedback very seriously and treat them as an opportunity to learn. We’re grateful to hear from people willing to take the time to help us to improve.

Our complaints policy is to:

  • Provide a fair complaints procedure which is clear and easy to use.
  • Make sure all complaints are investigated equitably and in a timely manner.
  • Make sure that complaints are, wherever possible, resolved and that relationships are repaired.
  • Gather information to help us to improve what we do.
