Spike Island Associates have 24/7 access to a recently refurbished, dedicated workspace – the perfect place to work quietly and meet safely with other Associates.
This July, Associates can book one-to-ones with programmers and curators Amelia Hawk, Colette Griffin and Dan Russell; attend a talk from TACO! (Thamesmead Arts and Culture Office); engage with a group crit on moving image, a Frances Stark reading group and a practice-mapping session with artist Chris Alton to identify tendencies within one’s practice. They also have access to a special video collage produced for the Kaleidoscope network by CABBAGE and can visit the birthplace of vaccination (Dr Jenner’s House).
Spike Island Associates space in the heart of Spike Island's building. Fitted with iMacs, a photocopier and A3 scanner, and an ever-growing reference art library. Recently refurbished, this is a perfect place to work quietly and meet safely with other Associates.
