Spike Island seeks a motivated and strategic Finance Manager to join our lively and dynamic contemporary arts organisation.

The successful candidate will play an important role in leading the organisation’s finance function and strategy.

This position requires a sound, current working knowledge of accounts procedures and software, including Quickbooks Online Accounting. You must be proactive and resourceful with a willingness to work under pressure.

THE ROLE 

  • Role: Finance Manager
  • Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 35hrs per week
  • Salary: £37,000 per annum
  • Location: Must be based in Bristol or nearby
  • Holiday entitlement: 23 days holiday a year, excluding public and bank holidays, (pro rata).
  • Pension arrangement:  If eligible, employees are automatically enrolled in to our workplace pension scheme after three month’s employment.  The employer contribution is offered at an amount equal to 5% of qualifying earnings.
