London-based artist and designer Daniel Eatock is "interested in connections between image and language, titles, punch lines, miscommunication, subversions, open systems, contributions from others, seriality, collections, discovery and inventing."

Eatock's work features in The Artists’ Postcard Show, and here he gives an introduction to his work which includes commissions for Channel 4 as well as projects such as his ongoing attempts to draw the perfect freehand circle and choreographing a set of dances to accompany car alarms.

Daniel Eatock

(1975) completed an MA at the Royal College of Art in 1998 and received the Stanley Picker Fellowship in 2011. Recent solo exhibitions include One + One at Stanley Picker Gallery, London (2012) and Per/forming Circles at Monster Truck Gallery, Dublin (2010). His work has been included in international group exhibitions such as Graphic Design Now at Walker Art Center, Minneapolis (2011) and ExperimentaDesign at biennale EXD'11, Lisbon (2011). Eatock is one of the creators of Indexhibit, a simple, open source platform for building websites.
