Sarah Wilton, current UWE Graduate Resident at Spike Island, discusses The Edge of Collapse with reference to her own work.

Sarah Wilton

Sarah Wilton (1988) was born in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and recently graduated from UWE where she studied Fine Arts and Visual Culture. Wilton is a new studio holder, having received the UWE/Spike Island Graduate Fellowship.

Wilton's work concentrates on mutation through object, surface and pattern design, specialising in watercolour, print and surface laminate. Recent projects include Capgras Proxy at the Z-shed Bristol (2012). She currently works as gallery assistant for Works|Projects and was an intern assistant for Andy Holden in 2011.
