Collectively known as Fine Arts UWE, the University of the West of England’s Fine Art BA (Hons) and Art and Visual Culture BA (Hons) programmes are based in extensive studios at Spike Island.

The final year degree show features work by over 70 graduating students, exhibiting BA and MA programmes together for the first time. The degree show is the result of years of studying together, testing out ideas and collaborating on events in the university and in the city. The exhibitions, debates and happenings that contribute to the programmes are a crucial part of the Fine Arts calendar.

The Fine Arts degree show exhibition spans installation, video art, drawing, performance, painting, photography and sculpture, and also offers the opportunity to meet the students behind the work.
