Jocelyn Brett and Hat Fidkin graduated with a degree in Fine Art and Writing from UWE Bristol in 2021. They presented their dissertation at the UWE Undergraduate Research Symposium 2021. Jocelyn was selected for the UWE Dean’s List 2019-20, a celebration of students with outstanding performance.
Hat’s and Jocelyn’s collaborative practice explores the digital Anthropocene and the healing potential of humanity connecting and listening to the natural world. They share a multidisciplinary, research-based approach to artmaking, and are interested in using the fellowship to expand audiences of contemporary art, as well as exploring new approaches beyond the artist working alone.
