Harry Duncan

Development Manager

Harry plays an important role in generating fundraising income for Spike Island from a range of sources including trusts and foundations, individual giving and businesses. 

Holding a Politics degree (Newcastle University) and International Politics masters (SOAS) Harry has extensive experience of both fundraising and project implementation in the charity sector. Harry worked at Justice Africa in partnership with the African Union (AU) to support the development of the AU Human Rights Memorial, located at the AU Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Harry has experience of working and fundraising in the commercial sector having worked at ULAS – an employability platform created by Teach First Ambassadors joining schools, employers and universities – as a Co-founder and Director. Alongside his professional career he runs Fruit Palace, a live music and art event.
