These free workshops are led by artists who share their working methods and inspirations in fun, hands-on activities suitable for all ages and abilities.

Visit Lydia Leith’s Temporary Tattoo Parlour to collage elaborate portraits of painted ladies and men. Participants can create their own unique designs or get inspiration from a selection of found images. If you're feeling bold, you can even decorate your own body with Leith's special tattoos.

Leith is known for her irreverant take on current affairs, and her sports-inspired stick-on tattoos were spotted decorating the Great Britain Ladies Water Polo team at the recent London Olympics.

Lydia Leith is an artist, graphic designer and illustrator based in Carlisle. Since graduating in 2009 from Visual Communication and Graphic Design at Edinburgh College of Art, Leith has had several successful projects including Royal Wedding Sick Bags and Jubilee Jelly Moulds.
